What to do if the poramma is not loaded on the chart?
The reasons may be different, a list of actions that will help in most cases:
1) Reboot the "Windows" operating system on your PC or VPS
2) remove all unnecessary symbols from the "market watch" menu
3) close the chart in the terminal and open it again (open program on new chart)
4) check the terminal tabs "Experts" and "Journal" for errors
5) If by this step the problem is not solved and there are no errors - try to install a new terminal
Do I need to leave the terminal open?
For "Fast Copy" to work - two terminals must be open at the same time, MASTER and SLAVE accounts must be active simultaneously on one "Windows PC" or "Windows VPS"

The developer of the terminal, the company “MetaQuotes”, has made different versions of the terminal incompatible with each other, it means that MT4 and MT5 terminals need different program files, so to copy between different MT4 and MT5 terminals you need to have two versions of Fast Copy MT4 + Fast Copy MT5.
